Aloha Wailea Ekahi Homeowners,
Once our well attended Superbowl party concluded with a popular Seattle Seahawks win, and a bit of weather, we pulled off another spectacular week of owner social events. Friday capped off with an election and 59% of owners voted with the VOTE HOA Now website. Thank you all for your participation in the meeting, and for joining us at the Beach Pavilion for the events.
Our staff would like to give a special shoutout to the social committee for all their hard work. Tere McKenna, Sharon Peabody, Elaine Hornell, Johanna Budde, Jo Shepherd, Henrietta Staser, Patti Davidson and Nicole Geyer arranged a beautiful dinner with Sugar Beach Events. Ritz from 54D had our first Ekahi Golf Tournament ace in the hole, and almost 40 owners showed up for the pancake breakfast Saturday morning.
Special thanks to our team at Ekahi and especially Chloe, Jeff and Rylie for their extra hours and dedication.
As a result of the 2026 election, our tax resolution has passed. After the general meeting, our Board of Directors met to organize the Executive Committee and set meeting dates for 2026-2027.

Our Board of Directors has established the monthly meetings on the 3rd Thursday of each month at 9 AM HST.
Our Annual General Meeting is February 12th, 2027.
