Well, that was fun! An exciting week of owner social events, capped off with an election and 68% towards quorum with the VOTE HOA Now voting website. Thank you all for your participation in the meeting. I promise next year we will have the audio worked out, so the microphone provides a better experience for owners that use zoom to join the meeting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I\u2019d like to give a special shoutout to the hard-working social committee for our week of events. Tere McKenna, Sharon Peabody, Elaine Hornell, CJ Anthony, Jo Shepherd, Henrietta Staser, Patti Davidson and Nicole Geyer arranged a beautiful dinner with Sugar Beach Events, and the feedback about the catering and the level of service excellence was fantastic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
As a result of the 2025 election, our tax resolution has passed. After the general meeting, our Board of Directors met to organize the Executive Committee and set meeting dates for 2025-2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our Board of Directors has established the monthly meetings on the 3rd<\/sup> Wednesday of each month at 9 AM HST.
